Diagnostics and Repairs

Having your system cleaned and maintained regularly ensures you are breathing clean air whilst keeping your energy costs as low as possible. If your unit does require repairs, we only use quality parts from trusted local suppliers. With Kluem, you can rest easy knowing that everything is taken care of under one roof.

- The flat rate diagnostic fee includes the first hour and callout within the Perth metropolitan area

- Any issue that does not require parts will be resolved on the day if the works fit into the allocated time. Any further parts and labour will be quoted on.

- Our technicians do carry several spare parts on board to prevent unnecessary callouts and with approval, they can replace parts during the appointment. Any additional labour that extends to outside the allocated time will be added to the invoice, along with the parts.

Ducted System Service

- Indoor unit check and clean

- Outdoor unit check and clean

- Filter clean
- Measure of temperate pressures and airflows
- Check over control system and airflows
- Check over control system and zones
- Check of gas pressures
- Test of air
- Check over ducting and ducting joins pressures
- Takes approx. 1-1.5 hours

Split System Service

- Filter clean

- Measure of temperatures

- Controller check
- Outdoor unit check
- Gas pressure test
- Electrical connection test
- Takes approx. 0.5-1 hour

Evaporative System Service

- Clean tank and filter pads

- Full test and adjustment of all operating components: check float levels, condition of filter, check fan motor, pump, drain system and inlet water
- Check all electrical and water connections
- Overall system connection test
- Takes approx.. 1-1.5 hours.
